The third variation of Velociraptors, the IBRIS raptors, are morphologically somewhere between the Nublar-endemic and Sorna-endemic raptors-though one deceased specimen, Subject V-2-also known as Charlie-, is morphologically identical to the former. The first version was probably the most palaeontologically-accurate.Taxonomists relying on deceased specimens are apparently working on a taxonomic revision of InGen's Velociraptor, though it is unclear when this will be complete. To save time, this will (at the time of writing) be intended to focus on the IBRIS raptors. There were at least three different versions of Velociraptor produced by InGen and Masrani Global.
